Choose the role around your current bottleneck
An Italian SaaS team may have backend capacity but a growing frontend backlog. An agency may need a Node.js specialist for one integration. In each case, define the work that can move once the missing skill is added and the internal person who will supply context.
Do not turn a temporary role into a request for every skill your organization lacks. A focused React, .NET or full stack assignment is easier to evaluate and onboard. If technical leadership is also missing, identify that responsibility separately.
Connect engineers with design and product feedback
Give the developer access to the people who can explain the intended user workflow. Use annotated designs, acceptance examples and a single backlog to keep feedback actionable. A developer should not have to choose between conflicting instructions from several stakeholders.
For an application with Italian content, supply representative text early and identify who reviews terminology. Engineering capacity does not automatically include translation. Test the interface with actual content so layout and validation are not built around short placeholders.
Make the first delivery cycle informative
Choose a small feature that includes implementation, review and integration. Use it to check access, development setup and response times for questions. Address friction before assigning several parallel tasks.
Share your target start, duration and overlap needs when enquiring. Suitable availability and the exact working arrangement are confirmed individually. If the requirement becomes a continuing stream across frontend and backend, a dedicated team can be considered after the responsibility is better understood.
